We loved the artwork which was antique photos taken on the reservation. In room mini fridge, bottled water and fancy Keurig coffee maker you can use for free! Huge modern marble bathroom with tub and shower separate.
The room was a standard, well appointed deluxe room for the industry-clean, elegant furnishings and linens. We loved that they actually had maps of the grounds to make getting around the resort easy. We love to take evening walks, and this place was absolutely perfect for an after buffet stroll! Check in was fast and easy. First of all, the grounds are the very best of any of the local casinos we have visited. It was not crowded and the entire staff treated us very well as if we were dream customers, instead of locals just wanting to spend a night away from home. I went directly to the website to make our reservations and it was super easy since we wanted to go midweek. At the advice of friends and family, my husband decided we could stay there for the night for his birthday. We live here in San Diego and have been to most of the local casinos (as well as others in Las Vegas), so we were anxious to visit Barona.
